Q295GNH is a high-strength weathering steel produced according to Chinese standard GB/T 4171. Designed for superior resistance to atmospheric corrosion, Q295GNH forms a stable rust-colored patina that protects the steel surface from further rusting. It is often considered the Chinese equivalent of Corten B steel.

With its good weldability, medium carbon content, and excellent structural performance, Q295GNH is widely used in bridges, building structures, containers, and architectural cladding systems.
